Lori Graham is a Washington, DC based interior designer known for her brilliant way of marrying old world aesthetics with an urban flair. Her design firm, Lori Graham Designs has clients across the U.S. and is also known for their creative use of architectural details, layers of texture, and fresh color to create rooms that are modern, sophisticated and a bit edgy. I’m always excited to learn about up and coming Washington, DC interior design talent, so I was thrilled to read about Lori over a year ago when her work was featured in Metropolitan Home. An interesting fact about Lori is that she holds a law degree from Georgetown and a MSc from the London School of Economics, so I would love to know how she became an interior designer, but I guess that explains why her firm is well-known for its discipline and completing projects on-time and within budget! Lori and her team are also very talented furniture and accessories designers, so if you can’t find that sofa or bedding that you desire, they can design exactly to your specifications in a timeless design. I’m definitely looking forward to being inspired by more of Lori’s interior design work in the future.
