Bubbling Branches

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Wonderful I hope! Things here at ZR have been pretty busy and, full disclosure, I’ve been a bit distracted with a design and writing project, but no worries, I have some great posts coming up over the next two weeks and come September…lookout! But today, I wanted to answer a popular question from the weekend regarding the Kate Hume post. It seems several of you were curious about the hanging light fixtures in the second to last photo of the post.

To answer y’alls question (the heat brings out my Southern twang), the hanging fixtures are actually hand-blown glass light sculptures by industrial designer Lindsey Adelman of New York City. Personally, I love Lindsey’s designs because they are at home in diverse interior spaces, from traditional to modern. I wish I could afford her gorgeous lighting for my design project, but each fixture is priced starting at $1750 per globe and I need three matching chandeliers, so I’ll just have to admire her work in these gorgeous interior settings instead. Please let me know if you have any more questions, I’m always here to help if I can.
