The great thing about interior design is that there’s always something or someone new to discover and this week we’re crossing over the pond to the Netherlands to peek inside the portfolio of Amsterdam designer KATE HUME. I’m fascinated by Kate’s style because it’s so definitive, yet completely attuned to her client’s needs.
Kate’s also a furniture designer, so she’s comfortable playing with scale and often defines a room with pieces of mid-century modern furniture. And all of Kate’s interiors are enhanced by color, contemporary art, patterned wallpapers and unique lighting.
