Barcelona Beauty

I hope you all are enjoying these last days of summer. I’m busy re-organizing and cleaning so that I can enjoy Labor Day weekend with friends and family. Last week I wanted to inspire a few updates in your Fall wardrobe, so I recapped my favorite moods for the season because next week fashion week begins in New York City and everyone will be talking about Spring 2012. Can you believe it? Time flies! But I realize that many of you love the design posts and I promise to have lots of interesting stuff coming up, so no worries!

Now, I wanted to introduce you to an award-winning Spanish interior designer, Ana Ros by sharing photos of her Barcelona home. Decorating her own home was obviously a very personal project for Ana, so she decided to enhance her trademark classic interiors with contemporary elements and a subtle color palette. And, of course since Ana was an antiques dealer before trying her hand at interior design six years ago, there are some beautiful antiques thrown into the mix for good measure. Enjoy!
