Several of my holiday party guests from last December (I know, I’m sooo late) have been asking me for this moscow mule recipe, so I’m finally getting around to posting it. But maybe I’m not so late after all because this super-simple and refreshing cocktail is perfect for the first official weekend of summer. Moscow Mules can be served with smoky BBQ or even spicy Thai foods. Enjoy!
In a copper mug, add the fresh lime juice, lime slice, pinch of sugar, if using and fresh mint leaves and gently muddle the ingredients. Add the ice, then the vodka and top with ginger beer. Swizzle or stir and serve.
