Madrid Style

SOLEDAD SUAREZ DE LEZO is a lawyer-turned-interior designer based in Madrid and if this apartment is any indication, she has a bright future ahead in design. As you know, I’m a minimalist, but I love Soledad’s eclectic mix of colors, styles and textures here which are not only chic, but sophisticated.

Originally built in 1910, the apartment had great bones and exquisite architectural details, so Soledad just needed to modernize it and decorate it for a growing family. Soledad started by creating two seating areas in the living room above and filling each area with comfortable sofas and chairs.
