Product beauty shots are a dime a dozen and bloggers do them ad nauseum, so they’re no longer special; seductive and sexy is always an easy out, but sexy barely raises an eyebrow these days, so being provocative becomes the best option, but that can be risky because what if people don’t get it?
That’s why this Fall 2013 campaign from PROENZA SCHOULER by David Sims is so fashion forward and cutting edge. David juxtaposed digital images of cockatoos with photos of Sasha Pivovarova for an outside-the-box statement. Bravo!
