“She reminds me of a René Gruau illustration.” –Miles Redd

Everyone adores Oscar’s PR Girl ERIKA BEARMAN. What’s not to love? Erika’s incredibly chic, always on point and tapped into the zeitgeist of American culture and fashion. As Oscar de la Renta’s senior vice president of communications, Erika has become a bit of a celebrity too known for her fashionable selfies and popular Tumblr.

I’ve always liked Erika’s style, but when I saw her Southampton home designed by Miles Redd in Elle Decor and when Miles said that Erika reminded him of a René Gruau illustration…well…let’s just say, the like meter went haywire. Clearly, Erika adores color and tons of it. Working with Miles she told him simply: “I like black, white, emerald green, yellow and hot pink!” and the result was full-on glamour, but would we expect anything less from Miles Redd and OscarPRGirl?
