GOETHE said, “Boldness has genius, power and magic in it,” which aptly describes woman-on-the-verge of fashion stardom STELLA JEAN.

STELLA JEAN has taken Milan and the fashion world by storm after Giorgio Armani invited Stella Jean to present her Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear collection during his presentation last fall. Everyone — and I do mean everyone — took notes.

What I love about Stella Jean is her fearless insistence on representing her ethnic heritage (Haitian-Italian) in everything she does and her commitment to sustainable sourcing of fabrics from African countries that not only provides jobs for other women, but allows Stella Jean to create her signature print and stripes designs that flourish with brilliant color and layered femininity.

STELLA JEAN is currently available at Matches Fashion , but I’m hoping American retailers catch the fever and start carrying Stella Jean soon.
