N/Naka in Los Angeles
When I was in LOS ANGELES a few months ago, I had the pleasure of dining at N/NAKA — one of the most innovative restaurants in America right now — led by my favorite chef at the moment — NIKI NAKAYAMA. Chef Nakayama’s modern kaiseki menu marries each course in a progression of inventive and unique tastes and textures. I can’t wait to dine there again. So, I’m excited that Chef Nakayama is featured in the new Netflix series, Chef’s Table and I plan to watch it this weekend.
