A Tree Blooms In Brooklyn
Well…not exactly a tree, it’s more like flowering branches caressing a sitting room wall, but the title implies that you should expect the best of the unexpected whenever ROMAN + WILLIAMS design a home, hotel or restaurant. There’s a found object-curiosities style to everything they create that’s very different from my own style, but even I was inspired while browsing their portfolio. Case in point, this 19th century brownstone in Park Slope, BROOKLYN that’s filled with antiques, modern treasures and curiosities galore. And that daybed in the sitting room — to die for.
