As you know, I’m a student of jazz and with the popularity of La La Land and Ryan Gosling’s jazz playing, its time we all learn to appreciate an art form created in New Orleans over 100 years ago. First up, JOHN COLTRANE — the man, the myth, the legend — and his album, A LOVE SUPREME, #47 on Rolling Stone’s greatest albums of all time. We played this album during our wedding reception and most of our guests had never heard it before, so by the time we arrived everyone was talking about Coltrane.
