I introduced you to FREE RICE during our Secret Santa giveaways and since it’s one of my favorite discoveries for 2010 and truly one of the easiest ways to give, Free Rice is my philanthropic selection for January + February.

This opportunity is easy y’all.

All you have to do is complete an online quiz, and if you are one of those people who think that they could compete on Jeopardy, then you will enjoy taking the Free Rice quiz because it’s fun!

For each correct answer, grains of rice are donated to the UN World Food Programme, which continues to feed the hungry around the world, but starting this month, all monies raised in 2011 will go to the people of long-suffering Haiti.

We’ve all seen the photos and images of the horrible devastation and recent reports indicate that over 800,000 Haitians are still homeless and need food desperately.
