The Duchess of Cambridge was the star at last week’s royal wedding, but she had a stellar supporting cast: Prince William, fashion designer Sarah Burton, her sister Pippa Middleton and milliner Philip Treacy. Everyone who is anyone wore one of Philip’s gravity-defying chapeaus to Westminster Abbey and it did not take long for Americans to become fascinated with THE FASCINATOR.

During the wedding, I received more texts and emails about those hats than anything else! And while we’ve seen Lady Gaga wear Philip Treacy hats before when I saw fascinators on Demi Moore and SERENA WILLIAMS at the Costume Institute Gala, I sense a major fashion moment coming on. Oh, Chapeau! Here we go!
