Here’s a fresh take on color courtesy of Madrileña MARIA LANTERO who renovated this decades old apartment with low ceilings. After significant structural work, María decided to paint the entire space white to create a truly blank canvas.

Much of the furniture María used for this project was either vintage 1950’s Italian or custom-made by María’s studio, Malamo. The result is a modern, functional space that is colorful and refined.
