Michel Boyd

Atlanta interior designer MICHEL BOYD is one of America’s hottest up and coming designers and you’ve probably never heard of him until now. Detail oriented and known for creating spaces of unpretentious glamour, New Orleans native Michel developed a passion for interiors after studying architecture and traveling extensively through Europe. He credits those cultural experiences as a catalyst in his approach to interiors that reference the past and present, but ultimately reflect his client’s needs.

I build rooms like wardrobes…carefully and specific to the bodies that dwell there. The net result is a one-of-a-kind home that is a true reflection of who my clients are and most importantly supports and enhances their lifestyle

Michel is currently working on a major redesign of the Richard H. Rich Theater in Atlanta’s Woodruff Arts Center and I can’t wait to see the results of that effort. Until then, I thought you might enjoy a bit of design candy courtesy of the very talented gentleman to sweeten your Tuesday morning.

Look closely at how Michel’s architectural passions influence his interiors through his use of scale, shape and straight lines while enhancing the comforting details of this Atlanta home.

Thank you for introducing Michel to your readers. I for one am excited that more and more people are spreading the word about this amazing talent.

My name is Kimberly Ward and I created the African American Top 20 Interior Designer’s List and would like to add this article to our Facebook page. As you can imagine, it’s important that we keep everything pretaining to the promotion of the designers in one place. Easy to find and easy to follow.

Thanks again. We appreciate the support.
