NYFW 2013: Early Favorites

As promised, here’s the best of the first round of shows during NEW YORK FASHION WEEK. Ideally just “one look” from a designer’s presentation should reflect the point of view for the entire collection, so that’s what I’m showing you.
Overall the first round of fashion shows were more urban and menswear-centric than Spring 2013 with lots of black + tan, grey and pops of bright color.
