O Ya in Boston
Admittedly, once you’ve eaten in TOKYO, you’re spoiled to capture that deliciousness again, but finding uncompromising quality like that in America is hard to come by unless you live in Boston. Chef Tim Cushman is doing some inventive things with Japanese cuisine at O YA in Beantown’s historic Leather District and his impeccable ingredients and imaginative combinations transports me back to Tokyo.
