If there’s one chef I’m most intrigued by in WASHINGTON, DC, it would have to be TIM MA of the much-anticipated KYIRISAN — an Asian-French bistro set to open in Shaw this year. TIM has a way with global ingredients and unusual flavor profiles that will serve him well as he expands his restaurant empire.
