The Jasmine Project
On a cold winter’s day in January, ZAVVI RODAINE assembled a very talented group of Washington, DC creatives to develop a series of editorials that allowed us to “play” with the elements of fashion — hair, make-up, styling and imagery. We mixed vintage clothes, designer accessories and gorgeous gowns from up-and-coming DC designers. We booked JASMINE who we felt could do “pretty” and “sexy glam” easily. As a team, we had not worked together before, so none of us knew how the day would play out, but we maintained a happy, collaborative studio environment and developed a true synergy over the course of the day. We knew we had something special. Over the next few weeks, ZAVVI RODAINE will share the results of our collaboration that we’re calling simply The Jasmine Project.

The model is stunning. Is she airbrushed? Just curious. Even if she is she’s still very pretty.

You are so right. DC has a lot of talent that flies under the radar. I think its good that you trying to shed light on the talent around here and using young designers too. Look forward to seeing your work wishing you the best of luck.
