No doubt VCU head coach SHAKA SMART’S cell is ringing off the hook after Virginia Commonwealth University upset favorite-to-win-it-all Kansas in the NCAA tournament yesterday. What a game!

SHAKA also set off a bit of a media frenzy for a book he referenced in the press conference as one of his favorites for motivation, THE FOUR AGREEMENTS by Don Miguel Ruiz. Since I loved the book too, I thought I’d share what the four agreements actually are, but I encourage you all to read the book for a more in-depth explanation of ways to implement them into your life.
