Kiki Slaughter’s Under The Sun
“The South is where my roots are, and I paint my best when I’m in a place that I love.”
A friend reminded me of another emerging Virginia artist — KIKI SLAUGHTER. I’ve seen KIKI’S organic abstracts in local galleries and I loved the way she manipulates color and texture to capture the beauty of the Virginia countryside and other places she loves. Just more proof of all the incredible talent that exist in our great state.
