COOK THIS: Female Chefs Edition
APRIL BROOMFIELD
COOK THIS: Spring Egg Drop Soup or Greek Salad
Female chefs rock and I support them whenever I can, after all, to be successful in an industry dominated by men and crazy long hours is never easy, but these chefs are doing their thing and have excellent cookbooks to prove it. I’ve learned that trying a chef’s recipes always teaches me something, and it allows me to up my A-game when it comes to my own recipes, and you can too. For sure, you’ll learn flavor-enhancing techniques and creative ways to cook dishes you love. So, the next time you’re bored on a Saturday night — turn up the music, pour yourself a glass of Pinot Blanc, and spend some time cooking from one of these cookbooks.
