Fritto Misto di Mare in Venice
Of course you can not visit VENICE and not try one of the city’s most famous dishes FRITTO MISTO DI MARE which is a chef’s selection of the day’s fresh “fruits of the sea” lightly fried to golden perfection. Foodies love the Fritto Misto at AL COVO, Gwyneth raved about the one at GRAND CANAL, but I discovered a delicious version in the non-descript RISTORANTE ULIVO in the BAUERS PALLADIO on Guidecca Island that’s a must-try as well.
