La Grande Maison in Bordeaux

joel robuchon bordeauxJOEL ROBUCHON is slowly becoming one of my favorite chefs because I’ve never eaten at one of his restaurants and didn’t enjoy the experience including his newest LA GRANDE MAISON in Bordeaux. Dinner there was an array of flavors and textures beginning with Robuchon’s signature starter CAVIAR + CRAB + LOBSTER JELLY and ending with a refreshing SUGAR BALL + FRESH BERRIES + LYCHEE ICE.
