We’ve been invited to the Hamptons a few times over the years, but our summer travel schedule has always precluded us from visiting, however there’s a relaxed, easy feeling I’ve always imagined we’d find there and ELLEN POMPEO’S Sag Harbor home is the epitome of that in the June issue of Architectural Digest. ELLEN describes her family’s vacation home as a “modern barn” due to its unique shape and floor layout and she teamed with Estee Stanley of Hancock Designs for the refurbish and the results are beautiful, clean and not too precious. I love their liberal use of white, black, charcoal grey and natural woods. And even though I’ve never been a fan of banquettes, I’m obsessing over the wood banquet in the foyer. ❤️
