One of the most requested city guides I have yet to do is for NEW YORK CITY, I promise its on the way, until then, foodies make note of this hot, new dessert courtesy of chef DARREN WONG at SMORGASBURG in Brooklyn. The RAINDROP CAKE is a mineral water-based phenomenon thats calorie-free and just a tad sweet thanks to the accompanying drop of molasses and roasted hazelnuts.
